Excellent customer service and a great breakfast buffet. The staff are great, ensuring all needs are met!
The dining service can be slow, causing some frustration especially during peak hours.

We enjoyed the hotel, the friendly and helpful staff.
We enjoyed everything. One small thing and it is more our fault than the hotel's is that I was not able to access the wifi from room 426. I thought that there was something wrong with the computer so I did not check with the staff and used the computes available in the lobby.

The cozy lobby area with its warm decor made me feel right at home, and the staff were always ready to assist, ensuring a leisurely stay for someone like me who prefers a relaxing atmosphere.
More seating options in common areas would be nice.

I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location was convenient for our purposes, and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The beds were wonderful and the showers/baths were delightful, especially after three days hiking in MachuPicchu!
The first night I had a room without a window! If that is important to you, be sure and ask for a room with a window when you make the reservation or check in. The staff was very accommodating to change my room the next day.

The breakfast was extensive and varied, the check in was early. The room was luxurious with very clean beds and luxury bathroom. The location was best possible and incredibly convenient - walking distance to bars and a stadium.

I loved the beautiful rooms with amazing views, complimentary coca tea, convenient location near the main square, and the helpful shuttle service. After a long travel day, the hotel's prompt shuttle really made things easy for us!

I did not like that they tried to fool us during checkout. They added 10 usd on the exchange rate and we had toi argue with them and wait for the manager for several hours before she fixed the rate to the official exchange rate. Very slow service in general and not very service oriented staff. The location was off and I would only recommend this hotel if other options are too expensive.

Perfect room with reasonable price. Staff was also perfect. The man who carried my baggage to my room was vary kind so I took out some money to give him, but he politely declined it. What a gentleman!!!
Breakfast wasn't included.
